PS viewer have a very simple interface. You can open, save and resize opened picture
with the toolbar above the picture.
Toolbar below picture is used for zooming and rotating opened picture.

With PS viewer, you can easy rotate opened PS image with rotating toolbar on the
bottom of the viewer.
|
|
|
|
You can zoom by using zoom toolbar of the bottom of the image viewer or easily by
scrooling the mouse scrool wheel.
